1. All quotes are subject to the condition of the premises on the day of cleaning.
2. Properties must be vacant on the day of cleaning (unless otherwise advised in advance). Any delays caused may result in additional charges.
3. Easy access to the premises must be provided.
4. Hot water and electricity must be available on the day of cleaning.
5. Cancellation policy: You may cancel your booking any time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a charge of 25% of the booking fee.
6. All work is carried out according to Workplace Health & Safety standards. Unsafe or unsecured premises will not be serviced.
7. Additional services (such as fridge, dishwasher, or blind deep cleaning) will incur extra charges. End of lease cleans are covered by our 72-hour satisfaction guarantee, unless otherwise advised or extended at the time of booking.
8. Payment terms:
• Payment is due before the commencement of the clean.
• Any same-day add-ons are payable on the day of service.
• Late payment fees may apply. Unpaid accounts may be referred to debt collection, and additional costs will be added to the invoice.
9. Linen and laundry policy:
• Any linen and laundry services requested will incur additional charges. Prices and conditions will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Airbnb linen requirement: Hosts must provide two complete sets of bedding and towels per bed on-site, or arrange their own linen hire/supply service. We do not pick up or transport linen.
10. Sewer charges: Any sewer-related cleaning or disposal requirements will attract additional charges, which will be advised prior to commencement of work.
